The healthcare application of botanical essential oils dates back 2,000 years. In China, herbal therapy has always been a way of life, right from the era of Shen Nong who sampled medicinal herbs to the era of Li Shi Zhen who compiled Compendium of Materia Medica. In Egypt, it was found that certain essential oils and resins are excellent disinfectants and preservatives, and are used as carcass preservatives. In the times of the Crusades in the 12th Century, Europeans used essential oils to resist infectious diseases, as well as reducing the death tell by applying it in national defense. And in the 15th Century, they were used to eliminate body odour and prevent diseases. Later in the 17th Century, it was widely accepted that fragrance is an aphrodisiac. The term Aromatherapy was introduced in 1928 by French chemist Rene Maurice Gattefosse. He was the first professional to put forward a theory of healing with aromatic plant essential oils. His pioneering discovery was succeeded by Dr. Jean Valnet who found that essential oils could promote cell regeneration and guard us against bacteria. These health enhancing characteristics were put to use in WWII, with great success. As for the first application in beauty and healthcare, Marguerite Maury was the most eminent advocator. In her highly influential book Secrets of Life and Youth, she reveals that after years of research and clinical tests, she has identified the areas in which aromatic molecules deliver significant therapeutic effects. These observations were studied from a scientific perspective and recorded in detail. In particular, she has noted that we can enjoy very positive impacts by absorbing essential oils through our skin or inhaling the aromatic fumes. After entering our body from the respiratory tract, essential oils will travel to the nerve centre in the brain via nerve ends. Their presence will activate our senses, stimulate brain power, and restore energy. In short, this beautiful substance can help us balance our physical well being to maintain a natural and healthy form. In 1928, French botanist Rene Maurice Gatteforril burned his hand accidentally in an experiment. In panic, he soaked his hand in pure lavender oil. A few hours later, the burn wound was completely healed without a scar. Further studies confirmed that plant essential oils do have wound healing power. In 1964, Dr. Jean Valnet actively promoted the use of aromatherapy in medicine. To gain more insight of this ancient legacy which dates back thousands of years, experts are engaged in research throughout the world. Today, the basic characteristics and applications of aromatherapy are widely known. Benefit Of Aromabiotechnology Bel'air 1. A supply of nutrients in the aromatic air Air bound essential oils are distributed to every corner of the room, enriching the air with nutrients which we inhale into our lungs. 2. Enhancing the functions of lungs, veins and blood circulation Aromatherapy increases the active energy of your lungs by over 30%. With reinforced energy, the lungs deliver more oxygen to the heart, which in turn store the oxygen in the blood. This power source will see you through a whole day's brain activities and keep you in optimum mental health. 3. Soothing stress and reinforcing the immune system Medicine experts have proved that a low stress level and a romantic atmosphere will keep us in a pleasant mood, which in turn keeps our immune cells 100% active. At full force, our immune cells will resist the attack of harmful infectious bacteria. 4. A Supply of natural O3 and anion O3 (Ozone) has disinfection and odour disintegration effects. Aroma Biotechnology Diffuser, the only natural O3 product in the world, generates natural ozone with heat. The standard ozone level: American National Safety Standard : not exceeding 980mg/m3 French National Safety Standard : not exceeding 1160mg/m3 Bel'Air Aromatheraphy : less than 500mg/m3 when burned in a close room of 30 m3 for 1 hour Anion Dr. Jacob, a biology science lecturer at the Public School at Havard University, describes anion as "vitamin in the air" Renald Effect: When water in the air changes its surface area, such as when a drop of water is divided into smaller water droplets will acquire a positive charge, and cause the surrounding air to be negative-charged to produce ions. The phenomenon is called the Renald Effect or the "waterfall" effect. Waterfall surroundings generally have soothing effect, relieves stress and is good for one's health because of the high quantity of anion in the air. Cation can cause headache, discomfort and increase blood pressure, where as anion decrease blood pressure, Perhaps, an experiment may show that if a patient with high blood pressure inhales anion, his blood pressure will decrease and so will his pulse rate. Factors which cause reduction of anion : * More people, less anion (one of the reasons why a person would feel very uneasy in an over-crowded place is the lack of anion) * Combination of bigger particles (e,g.: dust, steam etc) * Attraction of cation from outdoors (e.g.: by use of refrigerators, radios, washing machine, and other electrical appliances) * Anion sticks to mist, dust, smoke, etc. EFFECTS OF THE AROMA BIOTECHNOLOGY DIFFUSER 1. Supplying oxygen 2. Anti-bacteria 3. Anti-odor 4. Purifying air Component Parts of a Aromatic Diffuser The catalytic burner is a key component part of the Aroma Biotechnology Diffuser. Made of ceramic and platinum of the 8th metal group, it will maintain a constant temperature of 60-300°C. Alcohal is burned and catalyzed inside the burner. The BOTANICOOL Healthcare effects of Aroma Biotechnology Soothing stress and asthma, energizing brain power, reducing hypertension, hypotherapy, deterring pest, improving appetite, and creating a romantic atmosphere. Modern vs Traditional Diffuser Ancient Aromatic Diffuser Used 2000 Years Ago 1. The candle burns away the oxygen in the air, posing a risk of brain hypoxia. 2. Essential oils are not water soluble and thus fail to produce full therapeutic effect. 80% of essential oils are wasted. 3. Old bottles generate a small amount of anion. 4. Old bottles vapourizes essential oils. The moisture-laden vapour is too heavy to drift freely in the air. Therapeutic effect is impaired. 5. Old bottles is a fire hazard Today's Modern Aroma Biotechnology Diffuser 1. The dead fire of the bottles does not burn away oxygen in the air. Brain sympathetic nerves are soothed. 2. 100% therapeutic effect is possible as essential oils are soluble in the alcohal contained in plants, and fully distributed in the air. 3. With BOTANICOOL added, essential oils generate a large amount of anion with O3 (Ozone) with help of the catalytic burner. 4. Aroma Biotechnology Diffuser releases essential oils in the air with a Hot Fumigation Method. Essential oils will drift freely in the air and enter our respiratory canal and lungs for optimum therapeutic effects 5. Aroma Biotechnology Diffuser have no fire risk. |
