Mind

For mental well-being, you should think clearly and logically, improve and maintain your memory, remain mentally active and alert, stay open to new ideas, and keep mentally supple by making sure your brain is challenged and exercise. You should learn to think positively and cultivate an optimistic view of life. Life is made up good and bad events. It is important not to personalize bad events, but accept them as just part of everyday living. Keep your mind alert and active.

Thoughts

Mind, that which is responsible for one's thoughts and feelings. Thoughts Are Things. Your thought cause your feeling. If you don't like the results in your life, you need to change your thoughts.  Because whatever you think about mostly, you create.

Thoughts of love will attract to us the love of others; circumstances and surroundings in accord with the thought; people who are of like thought. Thoughts of anger, hate, envy, malice and jealousy will draw to us the foul brood of kindred thoughts emanating from the minds of others; circumstances in which we will be called upon to manifest these vile thoughts and will receive them in turn from others; people who will manifest in harmony; and so on.

Do not allow yourselves to be affected by the adverse and negative thoughts of those around you

Let the word "Courage" sink deeply into your mind, and then hold it firmly there until the mind fastens it in place. Think of yourself as being Courageous - see yourself as acting with Courage in trying situations. Realize that there is nothing to Fear - that Worry and Fear never helped anyone, and never will. Realize that Fear paralyzes effort, and that Courage promotes activity.

When the mind is full of worry thoughts, it cannot find time to work out plans to benefit you. But when you have concentrated upon bright, helpful thoughts, you will discover that it will start to work subconsciously; and when the time comes you will find all sorts of plans and methods by which you will be able to meet the demands upon you. Keep your mental attitude right, and all things will be added unto you. There's no sense in worrying; nothing has ever been gained by it, and nothing ever will be. Bright, cheerful and happy thoughts attract bright, cheerful and happy things to us - worry drives them away. Cultivate the right mental attitude.

Did you know that by changing your perception, you are able to change your reality? Everything in your life exists as a result of your core beliefs. When you change these core beliefs, you are then able to experience an entirely new life filled with all the wonderful things you truly seek.

This is the message of the new  Self-healing Program. Through this program you find yourself gaining confidence to become a high achiever in all areas of your life. We are all healers, and have the ability to correct any anomalies in our lives.
